Pilates is the art of controlled movements, which should look and feel like a workout when properly manifested. If practised with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
We teach our students how to safely use and avoid weapons. #rubber weapons are used in classes for safety purposes, however black belts with permission may use the weapons associated with their study.
