Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting, made up from various combat sports and martial arts from around the world. Most of our classes are MMA so they take parts of all specialties and taught to give a well rounded knowledge on all martial arts.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting, and submission holds. It focuses on the skill of controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position and using a number of techniques to force them in to submission via joint locks or chokeholds

Karate is a Japanese Martial art meaning "empty hand", Karate is now predominantly a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open-hand techniques. Karate is integrated in to our MMA classes for both Juniors and adults. Arjuken karate stands for Arnis - Ar , Jui Jitsu Ju , Kendo - Ken , Karate
Kendo 'way of the sword' is a traditional Japanese martial art, which descended from swordsmanship (kenjutsu) and uses bamboo swords (shinai) and protective armour (bōgu).
This Class now requires a separate fee if not already a member with the BMMAC.
Arnis is the national martial art of the Philippines, which emphasise weapon-based fighting with sticks, knives, bladed weapons, and various improvised weapons, as well as "open hand" techniques without weapons.
Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Has a specialty class on Fridays or has components taught within the MMA classes.

We have specialty training for those looking to enter cage fighting.
We train with rubber weapons during classes to simulate tactics to avoid and wield a variety of weapons including throwing stars, knives, nunchakus, long staff or sword and many more. This one of the most popular parts of the kids classes and teaches the pros and cons to different weapons.
Weapons are integrated within the class structure for MMA.
