Women’s Summer Bootcamp

Get Strong, Feel Fierce, Have Fun — Your Summer Starts Here!

Overview

Welcome to the ultimate summer fitness experience for women!


Join our energizing 10-week boot camp designed to help you build strength, boost cardio endurance, and unleash your inner warrior through boxing-inspired workouts — all in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment.


Perfect for all fitness levels — whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up.

Schedule and Dates

 Twice a week: Every Tuesday & Friday morning, 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM


• Duration: 10 weeks total


• Start: Tuesday 18 November


• Break: Last class 18 December, break over Christmas/New Year


• Resume: Tuesday 13 January


• Finish: Last class 12 February


• Location: 112-114 Mount St, Leura NSW 2780

What to expect

• Boxing Fitness: fun and high intensity boxing drills to build power and confidence.


• Cardio Conditioning: High-energy circuits and interval training to torch calories and boost stamina.


• Strength Training: Bodyweight and resistance exercises to sculpt lean muscle and improve overall strength.


• Supportive Vibes: A welcoming group of women cheering each other on — no judgment, just motivation.

How to join

• Spots are limited!


• Price:  10 week program: $250 non-members,  $125 for members


• Price: 5 week program either side of the break: $130 non-members,  $65 for members


Reserve your place now for the full 10-week program or an alternative 5 week program.


Payment is required upfront one week before classes commence

Class Size Disclaimer

Please note that each bootcamp session is subject to minimum and maximum participant numbers. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, all registered participants will receive a full refund. We appreciate your understanding and will notify you promptly of any changes to the schedule.
